By accessing or using Clip Circut ("we", "us", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to consent in your country) to use the Service. By using Clip Circut, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you own or have the rights to any footage you upload.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all gameplay footage and clips you upload or generate through Clip Circut. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service — analyzing footage, generating highlight clips, captions, and hashtags, and storing your clips and performance data so you can review and export them.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights, including game publishers' terms, music copyrights, or other players' privacy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Clip Circut may integrate with TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms to import performance data or help you publish clips. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions or policies.

6. AI Output

Highlight detection, captions, and hashtags are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it.

7. Accounts & Access

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms. New accounts may require admin approval before activation.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that clips will perform well on any platform or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or where no payment was made, to USD $100.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
